Lifting Beams

The Standard Lifting Beam is designed for lightweight lifts where headroom is limited. Each beam is supplied with a pair of swivel hooks. Most beams feature three standard spreads (the 3’ and 4’ beams offer two standard spreads.) The lifting beam is equipped with three standard lift points to adjust for each load.

The Chlorine Cylinder Lifting Beam is specially designed to lift chlorine gas cylinders. The smooth edges minimize wear on lifting straps, which makes this beam ideal for long term use. Works well with minimal headroom. Additional sizes are also available.

An adjustable bail makes the Adjustable Lifting Beam great for lifting off-center loads. This lifter works well with limited headspace and is supplied with multiple spreads at 6” increments. Each beam is supplied with two lower shackles, with the optional addition of swivel hooks.

The Twin Basket Sling Lifting Beam works well in limited headspace. Lift low-weight loads by placing slings in the basket hitch on either side of the beam. Most sizes offer two standard lift points and two sets of fixed hooks (3’ and 4’ beams feature one set of hooks). Optional add-ons include additional lift points, higher capacity, additional lengths, sling spacers and more.

Low Headroom Lifting Beams have bails designed specifically for applications where as the name implies, headroom is low.

Is a fixed beam similar to the standard lifting beam. Can handle higher capacities than standard beams.

The Twin Hoist Lifting Beam is designed to be utilized with two cranes. Works well in spaces with limited headroom. Supplied with a swivel hook. Additional hooks are available for handling heavier capacity loads. Additional lengths and lift points are also available.

The Twin Hoist Rotating Lifting Beam is designed to be utilized by dual hoists. The manual or motorized beam rotation (parallel) provides the option for remote positioning of the load. This beam can be used with J-Hooks, Dual Hooks, and more.

The Adjustable Bail Lifting Beam features an adjustable bail to easily manage off-center loads. Works well with limited headroom. Supplied standard with one outside spread and two swivel hooks. Custom spreads and hooks are available.

The Load Leveler Lifting Beam features an adjustable bail (chain and wheel system) for handling off-center loads. Works well with limited headroom. Optional add-ons include a motorized bail, additional lift points, additional hooks, and more.

The Motorized Load Leveler Lifting Beam features a motorized bail for handling off-center loads.

Bulk Container Lifting Beams feature four lifting points. It’s designed to lift bulk container sacks with ease. Slings are safely contained within each of the four lifting points. Works well with minimal headroom.

The Three Point Lifting Beam is ideal for lifting objects that require more than one lift point. These beams are customizable to fit your specific lifting needs. Options include dual bails, swivel hooks, shackle lugs, and more.

The Four Point Lifting Beam is best utilized when lifting objects that require multiple lift points. Works well in spaces with limited headroom. The options of an adjustable bail and adjustable lift points make this beam very customizable.

The Four Point Adjustable Beam is supplied with four swivel hooks, and the adjustable bails make off-center loads easy to manage. Beam stand and additional sizes/options are available.
