ROV Shackles
Are designed with Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV) in mind. These shackles are finished with bright or highly visible coatings to help with low visibility which is often experienced at depth. They also are equipped with different release operations optimized for ROV use.
When selecting a shackle for your application, always ensure the working load limit (WLL) at least meets or exceeds the load for the application. Your shackle WLL should also be comparable to the other rigging hardware and slings being used.
