The three branches of Fulcrum Lifting completed the audit and registration process for ISO 9001:2015 in September of 2018. This registration is an example of our Team’s commitment to customer satisfaction and improvement.
Our group initially implemented the ISO 9001:2008 standard in 2016 with the goal of developing a recognized quality management system. We were confident in the products and services we provided, but desired to have a more documented and third-party verifiable quality system. Going through the process of ISO implementation initially in 2016 was a great challenge for our Team. The results were better organization and operational processes with which to manage quality and satisfaction issues. One could argue you don’t need an ISO checkmark to get this accomplished, and I agree. But for our group, we found the exercise well worth the effort and expense. Due to our continued commitment to making this Quality System work as designed, the subsequent audits and updates have not proven to be large undertakings. ISO is a functioning asset to our Team.
