First and foremost our thoughts and prayers go out to each of you and all of the world as we deal with the COVID-19 virus and its effects. These are unprecedented times and we have all been forced to change our way of life and the way we do business.
Although many businesses are forced to close during this pandemic, each of the Fulcrum Lifting locations will remain open to serve the needs of our customers. As a valued member of the supply chains serving essential industries such as power, communications, infrastructure, transportation, and food, we play a critical role during this crisis. Our fabrication and repair departments continue to fulfill orders and our supply chain vendors remain available to us.
To assist in accomplishing our duties as safely as possible we’ve implemented a number of precautionary steps. Most notable to our customers is that we are restricting personal contact and visits in observance of good social distancing protocol. If you or your personnel need to pick up an order we will be restricting access to our facilities. Delivery services are currently unchanged as we view this a critical function for our customers.
We are grateful that so many states and localities believe we are an essential business, allowing us to continue to serve you during this time. Protecting the health and safety of our employees, our customers, and their rigging and safety gear remains our top priority.
