Fulcrum Lifting (Tri-State Wire Rope Supply) is looking for a Full Time Sales Product Specialist for the Greater Cincinnati / Dayton area. The successful candidate must successfully manage existing customer accounts and establish new opportunities to achieve annual sales objectives. The individual will work with customers, sales, and production to provide outstanding customer service and meet customer needs. The individual will need to develop and maintain thorough knowledge of Fulcrum Lifting products and pricing rigging applications to identify leads on new opportunities, manage prospects and develop a robust sales pipeline.
Other duties include:
- Monitor trends in customer’s business activities and communicate to management in a timely manner.
- Target and acquire new business accounts, particularly in the manufacturing and industrial markets.
- Serve as an industry “expert” or consultant for the customer to engage and sell products.
- Conduct Analyze rigging applications as necessary for customers and assist with inspections when needed. Use of inspection software.
- Assist or directly lead the training of customers.
- Carry out the necessary administrative duties for effective sales management including CRM software management, expense forms, etc.
Requirements:
- Sales background in similar industry
- Customer-Oriented
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to train
- Problem solving abilities, particularly relating to lifting and rigging applications.
- Mechanically inclined / Strong technical aptitude
- Self-motivated & goal oriented
