Full Job Description
Are you a “hands-on” worker with a sharp attention to detail, ability to work in a fast paced environment, and the ability to complete quality work in a timely manner? Kentuckiana Wire Rope and Supply, located in Jeffersonville, IN, is looking for a warehouse worker / fabricator. The successful candidate must read orders, prioritize work, and assure the accurate and timely filling of orders for our customers. We are willing to consider full time or part time to fill our needs. Full time employees are eligible for a signing bonus and benefits.
Fulcrum Lifting / KWR is a family owned, full service rigging shop that fabricates, distributes, services and inspects rigging equipment. The company has thrived for over 40 years and has been successful due to the strong commitment to quality customer care which will be reflected in this role. You will serve as a representative of the company, responding quickly to customer and company needs while safely and properly delivering and picking up materials as required.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs repeatedly
- Must be read orders and fabricate items per customer or manager direction
- Must be able to multi-task and meet conflicting customer demands regularly
- Must maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Must be dependable and reliable
