Fall Protection Connectors

Fall Protection Connectors or anchorage connectors are just that, they hold everything together. The carabiners and extenders distributed by Fulcrum Lifting are built with the highest quality and materials to adhere to ANSI standards.

• Extenders: or D-Ring Extenders allow for extra length to existing dorsal D-Rings. This allows for easier access to connect lanyards or SLRs. There are various material options like Kevlar® web, polyester web, and steel cable to ensure you have the right equipment for your application.
• Carabiners: are multi-use, multi-purpose connectors designed to meet the ANSI Z359.12-2009 standard for carabiners. This requires that a carabiner's major access point must have a strength of 5,000 pounds. The gate face, sideload, and minor access strength must be at least 3,600 pounds.
• Lanyards: provide a vital connection between your anchoring point and harness. Energy absorbing lanyards reduce the forces exerted on the body should a fall occur. Offered in Single or Double-Leg designs, lanyards are constructed with various materials including rope, webbing, and wire rope. Each has its advantage in different applications.
